CAREER
I learned early in life my passion was guiding people to find their full potential and giving them the skills they need to be successful in life. My higher education career varied from a small private liberal arts women's college in Pittsburgh, a highly selective private liberal arts college in Gettysburg to a large state university in West Chester, Pennsylvania. After spending most of my career in higher education, Wells Fargo Educational Financial Services recruited me into sales and marketing. As a result, I travelled to all colleges and universities in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.
LESSONS LEARNED
Although very successful in the corporate world, higher education called me back. At that point in my career, I learned that following ones passion, living in the moment, and preparing for where you want to ultimately be is sometimes more important than chasing the almighty dollar. I took a leap of faith on the advice of many mentors. The advise was "there will come a time when your preparation will reward you in a way you will want to be rewarded" and that "the journey is often more important than the destination." To my delight, I discovered that they were right!
FINDING PASSION
Upon my completion of my Masters in Training and Organizational Development at West Chester University, I was asked to join West Chester's Office of Training and Organizational Development's team as their Training and Development Specialist. I graciously accepted and have been making a difference in the lives of staff, faculty and students over the past five years and now enjoy serving as their Senior Internal Consultant.
MY EXPERIENCE
Over the past 10 years, I have designed and delivered over hundreds of professional development training programs, inspired tens of thousands of students, faculty, staff, and external organizations, and coached and consulted hundreds of business leaders and their front lines. I have also managed large events and multiple projects simultaneously and received my Lean Six Sigma Certificate from Villanova University.
I enjoy giving my time, talents, expertise and passion so that others can get the most out of life both at work and at home! Contact me to explore more about how I can help you and your organization make a difference and acheive your goals in life!

My core belief is that life is 10% of what happens to us--but 90% of how we react to it. As a result, I am always looking for new adventures. In addition to being President of Legacy Producers, one of my newest business ventures is partnering with...
DAVE MAGROGAN'S

Both Dave and I live a Rhino's life and channel positive energy, drive and determination in everything we do. Those who come in contact with us quickly learn what it takes to be successful and what role we can play to achieve their goals!
Although we are faced with a level of uncertainty and changing times, Rhino Living helps people see what is in their control and how to channel their efforts to live the life they were intended to live. Like most successful people, I have encountered many 'cows' in my life and am excited to be co-owner of Rhino Living, an organization who models and inspires others to be the best Rhino they can possibly be!

MY INTERNSHIP GOPHER
Lastly, I am heavily involved in my community. It is not uncommon to see me leading philanthropic initiatives. As a result, I teamed up with West Chester University's Communication Studies professor, Michael Pearson, and developed a high school internship management system called MyInternshipGopher.
MyInternshipGopher is supported in part by the Chester County Economic Development Council, WIB and local Chester County school districts. Its purpose is to bridge the gap between schools, student and businesses, help businesses in tough economic times, build the future workforce pipeline, and give our student real life work exposure.
In the spirit of Rhino Living's "Give, Love, Serve" philosophy, I encourage everyone to sign up and post an internship, job shadow or informational interview for high schools students in southeastern PA! It's FREE!
